TOP-201 camera

TOP-201 camera model HI3518E_50H10L_S39 recognized by BI v.5 but no stream. Attached image shows that BI doesn't see profile and video source(I guess). RTSP service is enabled on the camera. Did anyone has experience with this ones? NUUO has no problem streaming video from the same camera.

Sorry to go off the topic but what program are you using to setup your top-201 cams?

It's a small-sized deployment(mixed) Currently running NUUO PC-based server that I am planning to upgrade to BI. So I can connect to ttcamera

Mine does get the same settings page but doesn't stream. Stream works in the IE also. I tried VLC and no go.

thanks that worked great. I have the 720p and 1080p model and will see if there is any difference.

I got the stream to come up in Blue Iris. But I set a password with mine.

Everything else is the same as in this thread.

This was with bi v5

Got it working. So in my case the combination that work was to choose TOP-201 from the drop-down menu and then manually changed media port to 34567. Originally when I tried either ONVIF or TOP-201 from drop down and then find/inspect it was sticking port 554 or 8899 into "media port" box.

Case closed.

That is odd. I noticed 34567 port when setting up the camera and even wrote it down in case I would need it. But it connected without it and was wondering why it didn't require that during BI setup to see the video feed.
