TrendNet TV-IP311PI

Hi all,

I have a rather specific question about the TrendNet TV-IP311PI camera.

It's an awesome unit (IMHO) and it seems to do everything very well... BUT I'm having an issue getting it to save snapshots.

Here are the applicable settings options, showing how I have "motion detection" and "snapshot images" enabled:



Motion events are triggering video recording, and video playback works fine. I can click "download recording" and save it. However, when I click "Download images": (see highlighted button)



...there are no images to download:



Does anybody know the trick to this? I realise that all IP cameras have different software and are a bit unique. Perhaps some of the other TrendNet software looks similar to this?

My advice is to first try a different browser (Internet Explorer / Firefox / Chrome) and then when that fails to have any effect, maybe see if you can get a firmware update for it.

Where are you saving your snapshots and video to? There should be a separate option for save paths for snapshots and video.
