Back about a week ago I noticed that the BI app was not loading up the clips as fast as before. And the play back of alerts were getting jumpy. Now for the past several days I log in just fine and it goes to the Alert screen but the live video on the left and the clips on the right will not load. All I have is the test color bars. Now if I am at home and on the wifi all works fine. So, its not so much as not being able to log in I am thinking. Cause if I was not logging into BI via the app and OVPN. I would not think that the alert screen would not load. Anyway it all appears to happen when going through my cell network and OVPN. Any ideas? Thanks
