Trying to re connect back up to cameras.

Hi there I have had my cctv for few years now always been able to watch it on my ipad when i go on holidays but few months back changed internet provider and when i go on my ipad to watch cameras it keeps saying for me to connect to ddns. I had someone set it all up for me last time using ivms-4500 hd now im not 100% sure but with still having my existing account could this just simply be a checking my ports on router (what should they be) or would i have to start from scratch and make a whole brand new account up? Been looking online for help and advice but can't seem to get anywhere please help If possible big thanks in advance

In ivms4500 on your iPad, check the settings for the camera are they connected via an iP or a ddns service?
