UAC won't let me run BI (all of a sudden)

Even though I've disabled Windows updates through the group policies (which I just confirmed again), and I leave the BI Service running, I found on the monitor the typical setup screen(s) as if I had downloaded an update and rebooted. This isn't the first time either...

I declined all the setup stuff, then tried to run BI from the console, and got the error in attached image.

Tried searching forum, couldn't find anything relevant.

Logged out of active account, logged back in, still no joy.

What did Windows f**k up this time?

Otherwise, the BI service is still running and working.

Forgot.... I haven't updated BI in well over a year, non being able to run the console, I'm not sure what version I have, it's old--BUT WORKING!

Didn't see version in UI3...

just got home starting my computer and clicked on Blue Iris icon and got this

Any ideas as to why?

I am having the same problem, looks like MS Windows Update is the culprit.

Is it Blue Iris certificate? how do I renew it?
