UI3 Account Disabled Message

My IP address on my BI server (v. 4.8.1.3) changed last night. On one of my laptops I changed the UI3 (v. 55) URL to the new address and it works fine. On my second laptop I did the same but I get "account disabled" message. I went to the BI console and cleared the "Connections" tab thinking that would reset the account. And I also deleted cookies on the laptop hoping that would too. Neither worked. Searching for "account disabled" did not turn up anything.

What am I missing here?

Duh on me! It was an incorrect password.

I'm going to go stand in the corner for awhile...
Also remember to set the IP so that it doesn't change either by using DHCP reservation in your router or setting that IP of the blueiris machine outside of the DHCP range..
