Unable to configure my I Phone to view my remote cameras

I can view my remote live view cameras on the laptop, but using the IVMS 4500 app, or the IVMS 7000 app for my I Phone, I get a connection failure. Even using the QR code on screen fails to be recognize. any help is appreciated.
 
Are you setting up a connection to connect on the local network, or remotely? Are you specifying the correct port number? (8000 unless you changed it)
 
turn on platform access, turn on stream encryption on nvr.

go to ezviz life and create an accout add your nvr

install ezviz on your iPhone and log in

Do not use port forward up view your cameras.
