Unable to connect to HikVision DS-2CD2132-I

Hello,

Need some help connecting to my single Hikvision DS-2CD2132-I after switching from AT&T to Comcast.
  • SADP sees the camera. IPv4 address set to 192.168.0.28. Port 8000. Gateway 10.0.0.1
  • IVMS 4200 v2.5.1.7 sees the camera as an online device.
  • When attempting to access the camera through the IVMS 4200 remote configuration icon I get the following error message:
    [camera name] Logins failed. Error Code HCNetSDK.dll[7]. (Connecting to device failed. The device is offline or the network timed out).
  • Ping to 192.168.0.28 results in ‘request timed out’.
  • Accessing from Firefox browser results in 'connection timed out'
Current internet access (not working)
Comcast Xfinity modem > Zylex PoE switch

Previous internet access (was working)
AT&T modem > Netgear N600 -> Zylex PoE switch

The Hikvision camera and the PC (Window 7) are both connected to the Zylex switch.

Thank you very much. I was able to connect after putting them on the same subnet.
