Welcome to the forum, have you enable ptz in the ptz tab? Have you tried the various Shixin cameras from the ptz drop down?

Have you ensured that you have the correct port in the PTZ tab?
The default http port is 80, if you changed it, check off use another port and enter that port number...if that doesnt work
try port 9001
according to the manual for your cam... “Communication to Camera Port Number” By default the port number is 9001.

ok, your video access port number and your web access port number should not be the same. Change one to 8857....then in the ptz menu try each and see which one works...

did you try both ports 8856 and 5856 for icamview and Shixin cameras in the PTZ tab?

It is also possible that the user name and password are wrong, or the account doesn't have PTZ operation privileges.

Email support and see if he can help you...your issue is common when using obscure cameras....
i have already mail support, and I was told to look for a solution in the forum, and surely Someone would have had this same problem. but nothing.
Also thank you very much!

Bad news unfortunately the PTZ on this model does not appear compatible ...

He is very busy...sometimes it takes him a few days to get back to you...that said, I would not expect him make ptz control on your camera a priority..that is the problem with using obscure cameras...did you forward the ports to your cam so he can test?
