Hi,
My first time posting here so please let me know if wrong area/format .. etc
I can no longer get a Live View of my HikVision door station. DS-KV6113-WPE1 in IVMS-4200.
When I click on Live View in IVMS-4200 i see two messages:
Door station_intercom controlling PTZ failed. It is not supported by the device. Error code: HCNetSDK.dll[23]
Door station_intercom failed to get stream, start reconnection. Error code: SMS[18]
Unit working fine.
This previously worked fine for last 6 months. I haven't made any chnages to my network.
In 'Maintenance and Management' the device is visible and says 'Online' with big green tick.
Live View works on the indoor station screen.
Live View also working in Hik-Connect app for remote view.
Any advice would be appreciated.
