Hello Dear Sir,

I'm a tech guy and my client was having trouble remembering his email address for hik-connect web login.
We are planning to make a new one but cannot add because the seial number of the DVR was already used by his old account.

This is the detail of his DVR

He will need to remember the name of the account he registered with. The account name isn't necessarily his email address. Ask him to click Forgot Password on the sign in page for Hik-Connect and enter names (not email addrs.) that he might have used. If he gets the account name right, it send a reset email to the email account he signed up with. If he doesn't remember his email or account name he is going to struggle. Also, I'd advise against sharing serial numbers online. Keep us posted.

After factory reset of my mobile phone I forgot my ezviz app username in which I already added my internet pt camera. Model: CS-CV248(A0-32WFR), Number: C6T(C27532894). Please provide me only my username. Then I hope I can remember my password.
