I've come across a FLIR/Lorex LNE3322 dome camera (not sure if it's rebranded, interface looks like a Dahua) that will connect to the network with its already-configured IP and respond to pings, but nothing else - no web interface or SSH. PoE works as well.

The chip is an Ambarella S2L. I understand I can connect via USB to TTL to try to recover? I see two spots on the board that are possible connection points with through-holes: on the side with the lens showing, in the upper left with 2, and lower right with 4. Pictures of the board here:

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The 2 holes near the top of your image are likely the reset.
The 4 holes down low on the sides of your images are the serial port.

You probably don't need to attempt to recover it over serial, simply resetting it is probably enough. Connect a wire between those two pins when you power up the camera and keep it there for 5 seconds.
