Underwater Fish Detecting Camera

About to build a 300 fishing pier and it just occurred to me that it would be cool to have a underwater fish camera running 24/7 and use Blue Iris to detect fish swimming by...

I found several underwater cams that are HD-600TV, etc which should do the trick...


Anyone have and experience in setting up underwater cams?



What's the cheapest way to get CCTV to IP?

The trendnet seems to be cheapest...
You might consider using a gopro..ive seen youtube videos of folks setting it up so that it charges under water..i guess you can then figure out how to stream via usb ..

Do a test to check the visibility before you waste your time. If it's less than 10', it's no-go.
