I'm running version 5.1.0.0 and I know there have been updates lately. I recall a week or so ago selecting "No" to the update now prompt. Today, logged into the console and no prompt. "Check for update" also returns "Your software is up-to-date". What gives? Anyone else see the same? With all this self-isolation, I figured I would upgrade the BI server :)

This is because the last update has issues and looks like it was pulled. You can download 5.2.1.4 from the download section of the forum. Do not install 5.2.2.0.
