Updated the firmware on a DS-7616NI-I2 now cameras won't power on?

What did I do wrong? Prior firmware was 3.4.2 and it looked like 3.4.3 was the new firmware. Did I miss something?

The NVR powers on fine, but none of my cameras come up. I can playback old footage that was recorded, etc.

Check via the VGA/HDMI interface for the PoE ports power settings, they might just need enabled.
But I'm guessing a bit - I recall someone else having a similar problem.

I do have one more quick question. Everything is running fine on this firmware but the more I research, the more I feel like I am still not on the most current firmware?

Because I originally used this link which only showed 2 firmwares available for my NVR. NVR

Is this the correct link for all of the firmwares I need? DOWNLOAD PORTAL

Also, just like I did when updating my camera firmware, do I need to go in order? Can't just jump straight to the most current version?
