URGENT: Blue Iris Troubleshooting

Hi Fenderman, No improvement in CPU performance after reducing to 15 FPS and activating direct to disk and hardware acceleration for each camera. Is there anything else we can do?? Also does our system specifications match the output we are trying to get

Impossible... You need to go into every camera and set up direct to disk...

Yes my team had already done that since we had followed steps even from the first article you suggested . So they moved on to do the reduction of FPS

Pardon the interruption, bit I would suggest starting by disabling all but a few cameras, get those to work, then gradually adding in others until either all is well or you find a stumbling block.

@fenderman my team just confirmed following all instructions given by you. We still do not see improvement in the CPU usage. Is there anything else we can do?

They did not do it or are running the demo... Did they check for memory leaks? Your team doesn't seem like they know what they're doing

System Configurations:
Intel Core i7 - 8700k
Gigabyte Z 370M D 3H Ultra Durable Motherboard
WD Purple 1 tb surveillance hard drive for os and blue iris
Kingston Hyper X 16GB DDR 4 RAM
Corsair VS 650 Watt Power Supply
Cooler Master HAF 912 ATX Mid Tower Cabinet
Windows 10 Pro

Your operating system along with the BI installation and database folders should be on an SSD. The only thing that should be stored on the WD purple drives are the recordings from the cameras. Having 33 cameras and the OS on a single 1TD purple drive is too much. The purple drivers are not designed to run an operating system and run at a lower RPM. You need to have the proper computer hardware before the system will run properly.

Is there a temporary solution that we could do until we can source the SSD tomorrow as it is midnight here already and we are in the middle of a crises
