The whole story though is that the park's land was privately owned and only leased by the state. The state was given the chance to buy it but elected not to...
I guess what I took out of this, first I did not realize some State Parks were leases and second I am sure the privately owed property is being bought out by Elites for development/profit. Haven't you watched Yellowstone? LOL
