So why haven't States filed a lawsuit against the Feds for breach of contract (failure to uphold the Constitution)?

With all the money backing her, I wouldn't be surprised if she did switch sides.

Trump will win by a comfortable margin if Biden is on the ballot. But he may actually loose the general if Michelle, Newsom or Haley run.

Trump needs to pick a good VP and a female VP is not going to get any votes. Trump hinted its a He, rumor is that its Ben Carson. He is a nice guy but he is also not going to get any additional Votes if Michelle runs who will get the female and black votes.

There is also RFK getting some of libertarian votes that would otherwise go for Trump. Vivek as VP would get those libertarian votes back.
Also this guy below, he and his twin brother on X are certified liberal left, they absolutely hate Trump. I still blocked his brother but because they get replies from Elon Musk, I am forced to see their posts. But suprised that they still like Vivek.
