With all due respect, while I get that and in “normal times” would wholeheartedly agree, I’m not so sure that works now.
These aren’t “normal” times. Logic, reason, extending olive branches to ones political adversaries and kumbyya only works when both parties are good, reasonable, honest, men with opposing views.
We’re currently watching a slow motion train wreck of a very real movement to quite literally destroy this country and reshape the world with a dark globalist agenda that will not stop or respond in kind to olive branches.
Evil exists. You can’t reason with it, negotiate with it, appease it, or capitulate.
While none of us would have imagined we’d see this in our lifetimes, here we are.
Its a waste to go after any of the democrat votes. Haley supporters for example said they would vote for Biden if Trump is on the ballot. So no amount of nice things Trump says is going to win them over.
Also Nikki can call Trump old, question is cognitive abilities but Trump can't hit back?
Independent and moderates will have to vote Trump just because of the border and economy. They will know once they themselves spot the illegals in their neighborhood and they won't have a choice.

I guess this is just normal every day behaviour for congress? It's awesome how you can get rich off that congressional salary with inside information. Pelosi is probably in on this too, or maybe they are just smart traders. I don't keep up with the stock market enough to say.

The new leader of Frontex, the European Union agency tasked with securing borders, has called for open borders and vowed to appease left-wing pro-mass migration activists.
Well, this is awkward.
Hans Leijtens, who is set to take on the role from March 1st, gave a press conference in which he asserted that Frontex border guards will not take place in any “pushback” of illegal immigrants.
In a separate interview with Welt am Sonntag, Leijtens also expressed a view that should be completely anathema to the head of a border agency.
The Frontex chief is essentially admitting that his role is to oversee the total elimination of European borders while pretending to secure them.
The phrase, “The purpose of a system is what it does” has never been more apt.
Leijtens also extended an olive branch to human rights organizations and NGOs that have been complicit in pushing open borders and in some cases work hand in hand with criminal people smugglers.
As we document in the video below, given the rise in success of AfD, the German government has been forced to make moves to tighten border controls, following in the footsteps of Sweden and Denmark.
However, given that the man in charge of the entire European Union border policy is essentially a left-wing open borders activist, they may run into some difficulties.
