    He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper; he shall receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers; he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States.

So, the president can only adjourn the houses "in Case of Disagreement between them"... I suppose that could be artificially fabricated if necessary... so much for checks and balances :(

  • Our prisons were not overflowing because of lack of facilities.

Recall WWII especially and what the isolationists wanted were the same, and recall what ended up happening to the USA.

I could be wrong, but I don't think they would not have cancelled oral argument if they were planning to rule against the appellants (the defense)

Trump even as president elect can also tell Zelensky that if he goes ahead with long range strikes. The US will not help him in any way whats so ever after he takes office, which means they will not be getting starlink access and real time space and Awacs intelligence. Ukraine will then be sitting duck and Zelensky will have to be fool to not take the deal

And I hope Trump does not give that shit stain asylum in the US.

I had to watch this collection of clips from Trumps CNN Townhall in New Hampshire from May of 2023. I think this is such awesome classic Trump--- I think he is better here than he was on Rogan. I hope he can do half of what he talked about in this a year and a half ago. This is 18 minutes out of the 1 hour town hall... and it is Trump at the top of his game rebutting every bullshit question from the CNN "reporter" who he calls "a nasty woman" partway into this. :p
