No it does not. Each pardon has to have a begin date and an end date. The end date can't be beyond the date that the pardon was granted.
My take on these pardons, and it is absolutely correct:
The Republicans brought these pardons on themselves. With all of this chatter of a 'hit list' and that they would be 'going after people' once Trump was inaugurated, just gave the Dems the excuse they needed to do just that. I think that they WANTED the Dems to do these pardons so that they did not have to tie up assets to investigate and prosecute. Can you imagine the fallout if they did a half-assed job of prosecuting and lost? OMG that would just validate all of the Media and liberal's talking points!
This also sets a precedent of a President granting blanket pardons to whole groups of people (J6 committee people and witnesses for the prosecution), and it was done by a Democrat President.
So, for 4 years we had to put up with TDS, No More, it stops today, just added him to my TDS Ignore List...They No Longer have a Voice!!!

You know, always listen to your gut. The first times I saw that guy step into the arena, my gut was saying he was a traitor, even before he was in controversy.
To add, does anyone think these CRIMINALS will stop their life of Crime? Those pardons are useless, IMO. Joe has a garage full of classified documents from when he was a Senator. I am sure he has added more with his departure, Fauci's list goes way back to the 80-90's with AIDS, Tie them all up in courts, I will love watching their money diminish...
