Surprise, surprise! More votes just found in a tight race with the republican leading.

"A tight race for a congressional seat in upstate New York is being further complicated by the discovery of 55 uncounted ballots, a Chenango County attorney announced on Tuesday.
In New York’s 22nd Congressional District Republican Claudia Tenney led Democratic Representative Anthony Brindisi by just 12 votes on Monday, which should have been the last day for election officials to report vote totals in the district."

At least it didn't take a whole month. That would have been tomorrow!

It's actually worse than the video shows. The poll watchers were told that counting was stopping and they could leave. Then the suitcases of votes were pulled out. There were three, Dominion, machines in the room with a capacity of 3,000 votes per hour. The "voting" went on for two hours. By my math that's a total of 18,000 votes. Nothing to see here, move along, move along.

There's a problem with a signature audit in GA though. There are no signatures since GA doesn't require any real proof, like a signature, that a person is eligible to vote in the first place unless they vote in person. Mail in ballots are a "free for all" as a result of a "consent agreement" reached between Democrats and totally clueless Republicans. Our government systems hardly work yet again due total stupidity.

Trump Legal Team: We Have 'So Much Evidence' of Fraud in Nevada 'We Had to Rent a Separate Car'

An audit of 1,400 mail-in ballots in Nevada found that two percent were cast by voters who never actually received a ballot in the mail, and one percent were cast by voters who say they didn’t even vote.


The audit, which was conducted by Baselice and Associates for the Trump campaign’s legal team in Nevada, found that 579,000 absentee ballots were returned to the state by Election Day. If three percent of those ballots were improperly cast, that comes to 17,300 illegal votes.
The Trump campaign was also granted the right to inspect voting machine used during the election, though they’ve yet to be granted a proper inspection.
“Machines were not usable, and we were not able to make a determination about the accuracy and integrity of the election process based on this inspection,” Trump’s legal team said. “We are entitled to a computer forensic inspection in accordance with the judge’s order. We were prevented from doing one. This was a digital election and we were not allowed a digital inspection. The ‘inspection’ today was like trying to determine if a car had failed brakes without getting underneath the car.”
The Trump campaign alleges that 130,000 ballots from Clark County were verified using a machine they believe was not operated properly. They’ve long held the belief that President Trump is the true winner in Nevada. The Silver State has six electoral votes.
A hearing is to be held in Carson City, Nevada, on Thursday. “We have so much evidence we had to rent a separate car,” says Matt Schlapp, chairman of the American Conservative Union, who’s with the Trump legal team in the state.

If President Trump and his campaign’s legal team thought conservative-leaning federal judges would be especially sympathetic to their allegations of election fraud, the record is showing they were mistaken.
Judges appointed by Republican and Democratic presidents alike have struck down the campaign’s allegations of voter fraud in every case on which they have ruled, according to a Yahoo News review of post-election federal complaints, active and closed, that were brought directly by the Trump campaign or by attorneys who are independently seeking to invalidate the results of the election in battleground states.
The review found that none of the nine federal judges who were appointed by Republican presidents or identified as Republicans before their confirmation (including a three-person appellate panel) assigned to seven of the 13 total cases, as of Dec. 3, ruled in favor of the campaign’s election fraud allegations. Lawsuits were filed in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Nevada, Wisconsin and Arizona.

TRUMP CAMPAIGN Files Lawsuit to Overturn Fraudulent Election in Georgia

The Trump campaign filed a lawsuit in Georgia on Friday claiming the election process was overwhelmed with fraud and irregularities and a new election should be ordered immediately.
The lawsuit claims over 300,000 ballots were processed illegally.
The suit was filed in Georgia on Friday on behalf of Trump and David Shafer, a presidential elector pledged to the president. The suit named Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and a slew of local elections official

FBI lawyer who lied to surveil Trump aide asks judge to spare him from prison

Former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith’s legal team is pleading with a judge not to send him to prison for lying to secure surveillance orders against President Trump’s 2016 campaign adviser Carter Page.
Clinesmith agreed in August to plead guilty to making false statements when he doctored an email submitted as evidence to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.
The discovery was made by US Attorney for Connecticut John Durham’s team reviewing the FBI’s Russia investigation. Durham will serve as a special counsel continuing his work under President-elect Joe Biden.
