US Elections (& Politics) :)

I'd like to know where this alleged inequality exists in 2020.

Are blacks not allowed to get student loans? Will they not be accepted to higher education facilities? Do they not have the same job opportunities assuming the same qualifications? Can they not run for public office or hold prominent positions such as senator, congress member, or even president/vice president? Are they not themselves part of the evil racist police system?

Systemic racism is a myth in 2020. You want something? Go out and get it. Most blacks do. Most whites do. Don't use your skin color as a crutch. Come on. Really. You are doing a disservice to those who truly experienced a racist system in the 60s and prior.

They seem to be doing well. It's pretty subjective at this point. At the end of the day, every human being has a choice to make. They have the freedom to plan their own destinies. Again, its all choice.

In the minds and narrative of those who want to perpetuate it for their own gain

Could it be that the wrong people are "protesting" (read rioting/looting/burning cities to the ground) the "wrong things" (read systemic racism and police intent on killing blacks)?

Compare, for example, the year-to-date shootings/killings with the police involved shootings/killings.

...and the perpetual "victim" who must blame something or someone else for their own shortcomings.

... and those who are so blatantly naive or shallow that they simply go with whatever FB or twatter headline they see from (insert favorite pathetic celebrity here) unwilling to lift a finger to educate themselves on the facts...

Apparently, so have many other Americans.

That can be said for any group of people. Not just Black people.
I'd imagine they took people's answers out of context. Yes, if you work harder you will generally do better in life. That's the theory behind capitalism. Nothing racist there.

The US is the LEAST racist country the world has ever seen, which is why people are risking death to get here.

Exactly. That statement would apply to people of any race. Of course Newsweek only used Black people in their "poll" to try and get a "racial" outcome.

After watching the press slobber all over Biden's speech last week, then seeing the shameful coordinated attack on Trump's speech today, I have a hard time believing this is all real. CNN, NBC, AP, and the rest of the MSM have turned themselves into unmitigated trash. Worse than the Enquirer ever was! I wonder what they think the average IQ of their base is?
