I guess Roberts did his usual wishy washy crap and didn’t really commit

Chief Justice John Roberts did not join the majority, writing in a concurring opinion that he would not have overturned Roe but instead would have only uphold Mississippi’s law banning abortions after 15 weeks.

Totaled Tesla goes up in flames three weeks after crash

A totaled Tesla Model S burst into flames in a Sacramento junkyard earlier this month, causing a fire that took "a significant amount of time, water, and thinking outside the box to extinguish," firefighters said.

The vehicle was involved in a comparably unexplosive accident that sent it to the junkyard three weeks ago – it's unclear what caused the Tesla to explode nearly a month after being taken off the road. Like other electric vehicle fires, it was very difficult to extinguish.

"Crews knocked the fire down, but the car kept re-igniting and off-gassing in the battery compartment," the department said on Instagram.

The crew at the wrecking yard helped firefighters gain access to the battery by flipping the car onto its side, but even that wasn't enough to stop the fire. "Even with direct penetration, the vehicle would still re-ignite due to the residual heat," the department said.

The eventual solution was to dig a pit big enough to hold the burning Tesla and submerge it in 4,500 gallons (c 17,000 liters) of water, which the department said had the added benefit of limiting contaminated runoff.

Metro Fire of Sacramento said the call was their first Tesla fire, and reported no injuries as a result of the conflagration.

Former Assistant U.S. Attorney Andy McCarthy, commenting on the latest revelations from the Jan. 6 Committee hearings Tuesday, told fellow Fox News analysts Jonathan Turley, John Roberts and Anita Vogel that Donald Trump’s pressuring officials to reject the official ballots for the 2020 presidential election shows his “unfitness,” and that the former president may be “guilty of a crime.”
He added that there is “no defending what President Trump did” on Jan. 6, 2021. “If you were a defense lawyer, if you were someone with a different perspective than the anti-Trump perspective that’s carried by the committee, I don’t think there’s any defending what President Trump did,” he said.
Yeah, about the same odds as Killery, Comey Brennen, Clapper, Rosenstein, McCabe, AOC, Omar, BLM, and Anti rioters, where there is overwhelming evidence of illegal activities.

another enemy of democracy caught in his own lies:

WASHINGTON – After initially claiming to be "basically unaware" of an effort by his staff to get fake presidential elector documents to Vice President Mike Pence, U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson said Thursday he coordinated with a Wisconsin attorney to pass along such information and alleged a Pennsylvania congressman brought slates of fake electors to his office — a claim that was immediately disputed.

Evidence presented this week by the U.S. House committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol showed Johnson's chief of staff tried to deliver the two states' lists of fake presidential electors for former President Donald Trump to Pence on the morning of the U.S. Capitol insurrection but was rebuffed by Pence's aide.

Johnson initially told reporters this week he did not know where the documents came from and that his staff sought to forward it to Pence.

Roberts is the kind of guy who waits to see how the rest will vote then assigns himself in whichever group that is less risk or paints himself in the best light. He's a politician in robes.
