Any good link? An acquaintance in my same industry sent me a text saying Trump positioned both FBI director and this Judge. FYI, This acquaintance has TDS, and is a heavy TikToker. He sent me this this morning View attachment 136149

HUGE DEVELOPMENT: Report Alleges FBI “Had Personal Stake” in Mar-a-Lago Raid – Agents Were After Spygate Documents Trump Was Holding That Likely Implicated FBI

New details on Mar-a-Lago raid come to light

As reported earlier today — President Trump declassified a binder on January 19th, 2021 that contains hundreds of pages about the Crossfire Hurricane scandal. It contains damaging information about the corrupt actors involved with our government. Two different DOJ Attorney General’s have defied President Trump’s direct lawful order to publish the binder in the Federal Register. It’s been 19 months as the DOJ defies the order, and every FOIA request to make it public. Can we now raid the homes of acting AG Monty Wilkinson, and Merrick Garland?

The DOJ had already made redactions to protect sources & methods, and returned the binder back to the White House. But the corrupt FBI also wanted to hide names. So at the last minute, the DOJ demanded the binder comply with the 1974 Privacy Act. The Act requires any “agency” that releases records to also hide personal or identifiable name information. The DOJ knew this Act doesn’t apply to the White House, it was a stall tactic. The courts decided this 22 years ago that the Privacy Act was based around FOIA requests, and the White House is not an agency.

Hours before Trump left office on January 20th, Chief of Staff Mark Meadows gave the binder back to the DOJ, along with this memo. He asked the DOJ to make any Privacy Act redactions “out of an abundance of caution”. In the memo he asks they expeditiously release the binder when finished. Meadows foolishly expected this would take 3-4 days. It’s been 19 months and still not released. Just the News recently obtained the Meadows memo from the National Archives, who also denied having a copy of the declassified binder.

Meadows admits in interviews various agency’s often stalled or defied Trump’s orders. Meadows knew better than to rely on the DOJ to release this damaging binder after they left the White House. He should have released the binder to the public himself. But in doing so, there was a chance he would become a target of the DOJ and FBI. The memorandum below is what Mr. Meadows sent to the DOJ Attorney General on January 20th, 2021.

Now this– New details on Monday’s raid of Mar-a-Lago may offer an explanation on what the FBI was looking for and why the FBI has not released the Spygate documents as they were ordered to when President Trump left office.

Investigative reporter Paul Sperry had his Twitter account taken down for the second time on Monday.

Sperry had his first Twitter account removed after he identified Eric Ciaramella as the leaker in the first Trump impeachment trial.

Sperry had his second account takedn down on Monday after he tweeted about the Mar-a-Lago raid and what the FBI was looking for.

According to Paul Sperry, the FBI agenst spent 9 hours looking for details President Trump took with him on the Crossfire Hurricane FBI spying scandal.

The FBI and DOJ cannot let the American public know the truth of the their criminal acts and attempted coup of President Trump. So they raided his home looking for the documents that may indict the organization.

Cristina Laila reported this earlier today. REPORT: FBI Confidential Human Source Told FBI What Documents Trump Stored at Mar-a-Lago and Where to Search…. Related to Spygate?

Zero Hedge reported:

Twitter has suspended journalist Paul Sperry after he made several tweets about this week’s FBI raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence, where they spent up to 9 hours rifling through the former president’s private office, Melania Trump’s wardrobe, and eventually took 12 boxes of material…

Sperry: “DEVELOPING: Investigators reportedly met back in June w Trump & his lawyers in Mar-a-Lago storage rm to survey docs & things seemed copasetic but then FBI raids weeks later. Speculation on Hill FBI had PERSONAL stake & searching for classified docs related to its #Spygate scandal.”

My Comment: This is the second source I have seen on this.

To clear up the Magistrate/Judge, State/Federal confusion. Note the source -

U.S. magistrates are judicial officers appointed by the judges of federal district courts pursuant to the United States Magistrates Act (28 U.S.C.A. §§ 631 et seq.), enacted in 1968. This act was designed to reduce the workload of federal courts by replacing the old system of U.S. commissioners with a new system of U.S. magistrates. U.S. magistrates can perform more judicial functions than could U.S. commissioners. Federal magistrates may be assigned some, but not all, of the duties of a federal judge. They may serve as special masters (persons appointed by the court to carry out a particular judicial function on behalf of the court), supervise pretrial or discovery proceedings, and provide preliminary consideration of petitions for postconviction relief. U.S. magistrates generally may not decide motions to dismiss or motions for Summary Judgment, because these motions involve ultimate decision making, a responsibility and duty of the federal courts. However, if all the parties to a case agree, a federal magistrate may decide such motions and may even conduct a civil or misdemeanor criminal trial. Federal magistrates are not permitted to preside over felony trials or over jury selection in felony cases.

It Was a Trap

Clandestine’s Newsletter

Alright, now that we have waited just about 48 hours to let the details surface about the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago, let’s analyze the situation from 40,000 feet.

Let’s look at the facts as of now. The FBI raided Mar-a-Lago, looking for alleged classified documents, while Donald Trump was not present. The FBI reportedly did not find the alleged “classified” documents they were looking for, but they did take 15 boxes of documents from Trump’s home. The FBI did not reveal the reasonable cause to Trump’s legal team, Trump must sue for the right to see that apparently.

Most importantly, Eric Trump was present on the property and facilitated the situation. He reported that the Mar-a-Lago staff did NOT turn off security cameras, despite instructions from FBI. So for those who are concerned about the FBI planting anything, Trump had that base covered. And for those who are concerned they will “plant evidence” back at FBI HQ, thats not how that works, they have to take photos and document everything at the scene. They won’t be able to successfully plant anything while under surveillance. Eric event went so far as to say that they have already “captured FBI acting improperly”.

https:/www.newsweek.com/eric-trump-says-mar-lago-security-cameras-captured-fbi-acting-improperly-during-raid-1732672

At first, this event enraged the overwhelming majority of the Trump base. But after the facts unfolded and the media narratives were established, we can see this event has not only caused ZERO net damage to Trump, its benefitting him immensely.

This blatant Gestapo-like act of fascism by the Biden DOJ/FBI, has done nothing but prove Trump’s entire overarching narrative since the beginning; that the Deep State exist and the DNC are deranged totalitarian psychopaths who will abuse government by any means necessary to achieve their nefarious agenda. That there’s a two-tiered “Justice” system. Just look at how the FBI slapped Hillary on the wrist for her egregious handling of classified material that threatened NATSEC; as compared to the alleged mystery documents that the Biden admin didn’t care about until America First candidates started sweeping primaries.

This raid was so outrageous and so unprecedented, that conservatives, liberals, and centrists alike, have all expressed malcontent for the actions of the Biden DOJ/FBI. Former DNC Presidential candidate, Andrew Yang, and disgraced former DNC New York Governor, Andrew Cuomo, spoke out about this madness. Even left-wing MSM, they are admitting this raid has established a dangerous new precedent. This is a colossal normie-waking red pill. Trump looks like the victim/martyr.

This event has lit a fire under an already highly motivated Trump base, and mobilized the conservative media in a way that I have never seen before. It’s also establishing justifiable grounds to take corrective action against the DOJ/FBI. It’s also establishing a precedent that former Presidents and political opponents are fair game. It’s opening the door to accomplish our end goals.

Given the impending indictment of Hunter Biden, and the escalating allegations from Russia against the DNC of Bioterrorism via the creation of C19 in Ukraine; this is not just a victory, it’s a MASSIVE one.

What negative happened to Trump?
-Nothing.

What negative happened to the enemy?
-They are losing court of public opinion.
-They have terrible optics heading into the midterms.
-They just went full fascist dictatorship in front of all the normies and weaponized law enforcement to carry out political operations.
-They did all this and didn’t even find what they were looking for.

The boomerang already happened. Trump suffered no losses, he knew they were coming, the media narrative and the optics are PERFECT, and the “war-like posture” from the DNC Globalists will cause for an equal and opposite reaction from Trump and America First GOP when they assume power after the midterms.

This move has opened the doorway to accelerated political warfare. The gloves are off. Trump doesn’t have to worry as much about optics moving forward, because the enemy crossed the Rubicon.

As each day passes, we drift closer and closer to the precipice. The crazier things seem to appear, the closer we are to the finish line.

Federal Judge Orders DOJ to Provide Copy of Trump Raid Warrant

A federal judge on Wednesday ordered the Biden Justice Department to produce a copy of a search warrant executed at his Mar-a-Lago estate, where the FBI conducted a nine-hour-plus search on Monday.

Federal Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart ordered the DOJ to “file a Response to the Motion to Unseal” the warrant after requests were made by the Times-Union, a newspaper located in Albany, N.Y., as well as the conservative legal group Judicial Watch.

The judge said that the DOJ must respond no later than Aug. 15, reports said.

That Magistrate, not a Judge, was appointed by Obummer

Magistrates are appointed by circuit judges to handle a variety of cases. They work directly under the circuit judges, running their courtroom just like a judge

Beat me to it Big Red. They are not political appointees.

and donated, significant amounts, to Obummer

I wouldn't call $2000 total a significant amount, and it was in 2008. You've got CCTV cameras worth more than that. You didn't mention the $500 he threw Jeb Bush's way in 2016 either. His political donations are for the most part, to republican candidates or republican leaning PAC's even though he does throw the odd dollar a democrat's way. He's donated $650 to Jerry Patterson, a republican from Texas, $1000 to Ben Bentzin, another Texas Republican, $1000 to Brian Miller, whose political affiliations I can't confirm, but given he is an elected judge in the very Republican Wakulla County and his signage is red, I think that he is probably conservative. Judge Reinhard's most recent donations to a candidate were to Brian Nelson, a Michigan Republican. He doesn't appear to have made any donations since 2018, the same year he was appointed as a magistrate, but his last couple of donations were to the very Republican leaning Texas Association of Realtors. All bar $2500 of their money went to Republican candidates. I know the current narrative from a lot of conservatives is that he is some sort of corrupt leftist shill, but I think you are attacking one of your own.

Have you read the article? He’s no choir boy. He’s dirty

I did read the article and it's a wonder the author didn't hurt himself jumping to all of those conclusions. I'm open to the idea that he is in some way corrupted, but I'm going to need you to particularise the evidence from that article that you say means he is dirty. The only actual facts that I can locate in that article is that he represented some people who used to work for Jeffery Epstein, and that a lawsuit alleged something once, which he denied. It might not be entirely obvious, but lawyers represent criminals. Those criminals often have criminal associates. That does not make them dirty.

Why, given the high profile raid that they knew would be front page news, would you pick this rather low level magistrate to issue the search order?

Besides the assumption they had a choice, it's probably because it's their job and they issue all of the warrants. Your Judge Magistrates appear very similar in function to the Registrars we have in the Courts here in Australia. The Registrar's are the one's you go see when you want a warrant. Most of the time there is a single registrar with this function at most Courts. The really big Courts might have a few. West Palm Beach has three Magistrates from what I've read. So in all likelihood he was just the poor bastard who was there when they came in. I also think it's unreasonable to suggest that a more senior Judge should have been presented with the warrant application at all, if the Magistrates normally handle all of the warrant applications. The violation of Trumps fourth amendment rights is no graver than the violation to your fourth amendment rights that would occur if Police executed a warrant on your home. If you start following a different process because of the wealth or profile of the target, surely that makes a mockery of "justice for all"

They had at the very least many dozens of higher level judges to choose from…

There is an assumption in that statement, that they had the ability to choose who they presented the warrant application to.

According to my reading on the topic they have to apply for the warrant in either the area where the warrant is to be executed, or the area where the crime took place. In this case they applied in West Palm Beach but they could have applied in DC. If we assume they could have gone judge shopping, wouldn't they make the application in the democratic stronghold of DC?

It's somewhat ironic that a little while back in Australia leftists were crying foul about the weaponisation of the Australian Federal Police (AFP) by the then conservative government after they obtained a search warrant to search the left leaning Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) offices in Sydney, and much was made of the fact that a Registrar issued the warrant, and not a judge or magistrate. You'll see in that article that the author poses a very similar question to you.

Seriously, have you read the search warrant? Famously signed off by a Martin Kane, a registrar of the Local Court in Queanbeyan (apparently every judge in NSW was unavailable),

Many similar allegations were made regarding "Judge shopping" at the time, the reality was that Police were just following a law which required them to make the application in the state of New South Wales, and they went to the Court closest to their office in the Australian Capital Territory. The warrant was challenged in Court by the ABC and they lost.

The FBI stood with loaded guns outside President Trump’s home

And I wouldn't mind betting the Secret Service do it every single day. I hate the hyperbole used by the media in relation to statements like "Armed Police" in countries where Police carry loaded firearms as a matter of course. The distinction is only relevant in places like the UK.

This is a more balanced opinion of this judge.

But one local prosecutor described Reinhart — who has been a magistrate judge since 2018 — as “well respected” within the Palm Beach County legal community. Reinhart is married to Circuit Judge Carolyn Bell, a former federal prosecutor who was appointed to the bench by then-Gov. Rick Scott, a Republican who is now a senator.

“He’s a former prosecutor and a defense attorney and he’s also known for being meticulous,” said Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg, a Democrat was who elected state attorney but who also once worked for Republican Attorney General Pam Bondi.

“He’s not going to make a snap judgment,” Aronberg added.

I'm conservative, but being Australian I don't have a dog in this race. I feel the need to defend him because public officials should not be subject to unwarranted and unjustified attack because they do something enough people find unpopular. I understand he has now been doxxed and his family threatened. I feel that way whether it is antifa types doxxing and threatening a Police Officer who shot the person trying to kill them, or conservatives doing the same to an apparently conservative Judge who was doing his job.

My Comment" This Judge must really be feeling the heat.

Or he is being a Judge. They make orders like that all the time.
