ESPN has been dead to me for almost 2 years now. Sports? Nope, don't need to watch multimillionaires telling me how bad it is for them. Both my grandfathers came over from Europe. One immediately went to work in the copper mines in the UP of Mi. Long days, filthy, always breathing smoke from the lanterns, died early. My other was a farm hand (you know, the kind of work that no American will do?), died early. Now, these guys that PLAY pro sports for millions a year have it bad?? They can take a hike. So, I've take the plunge and installed Brave on my iPhone (only reason I still have it is b/c it's paid for plus, I'm not buying any further apps). I have enjoyed the speed thus far as well as the tracker and ad blocking. Also installed Brave on my laptop for the same reasons. However, I have noticed an option, "Private Window + Tor". From what I read, Tor is supposed to bounce your information between several servers in order to eliminate anyone viewing what you are, plus it hides the public IP address of your network. I tried this out by going to google and trying to find my public IP address; the results gave some weird IP #, so it appears to be working.
However, since I am not really familiar with Tor, is this a safe practice? For example, if I go to online banking, should I entrust my information being popped back and forth between their servers? Am I opening myself up to letting whatever page I sign into get hacked?

Tor is a huge proxy service with servers all over the world. I use Brave in a private Tor window at work to get around an extensive and expensive firewall. I logged into FB in a Tor window-- and FB asked me on my phone to verify the "suspicious login from Genoa Italy" on my account. No cookies or browser history will be stored from a private window so I have to do the 2-stage authentication each time, but that's OK.

Please keep in mind I’m a fairly new user, but had a question. I’ve seen some cameras on what I think is Andy’s page on Amazon. If I were to decide on a camera, where do you buy direct from him to avoid the Amazon bs?
