Using POE Switch with NVR

First, thank you for the great forum. I recently purchased the Lechange NVR 4 - 4K camera, 8 channel system from Fry's. When I built my home I ran Cat 6 to the garage but not enough lines for the cameras I now want to place there. There is virtually no way to add another line now. I am wondering about using a POE switch in the garage to connect more than one camera to the network line feeding back to the NVR. I believe that this should be possible but am somewhat concerned about the Lechange ports being limited at Fast Ethernet (100Mbps). Initially I plan to connect the two of the 4K cameras from the kit as shown in the diagram. I would like to add a starlight camera soon and that would connect via the POE switch as well. Is the 100Mbps link going to cause this idea to fail? Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

What are the frame rate and Iframe values on the camera ?
What is the camera resolution (ie 1920*1080, 3840*2160) ?
What is max bit rate on camera ?
What is the encode mode, compression (h264, H265) ?
Will there be alot of motion or minimum of motion normally ?
How many non POE ports are there on the NVR ?

What are the frame rate and Iframe values on the camera ?
Main Stream: 4K(1~15fps)/3M(1~25/30fps)
Sub Stream: D1(1~25/30fps)
Third Stream: 1080P(1~25/30fps)

What is the camera resolution (ie 1920*1080, 3840*2160) ?
3840*2160

What is max bit rate on camera ?
Bit Rate Control: CBR/VBR
Bit Rate H.264: 24K ~ 10240Kbps
H.265: 14K ~ 9984Kbp

What is the encode mode, compression (h264, H265) ?
H.265

Normally minimal motion. Quiet residential neighborhood.

I believe all 8 ports are POE except the connect to network.
Ethernet Port 1 Independent RJ45 Port
PoE 8 ports(IEEE802.3af/at)

With the camera stream set to VBR and h265 compression, 15 frames per second, I do not see a problem with the switch.

What I do not know is if the NVR can handle the switch. Some NVR with Poe ports can not handle the switch, cameras must be direct connected.
