Using remote Laptop as IP cam

Hello -

Does anyone know if I can use Blue iris to connect to a laptop camera that does not have blue iris installed?

Specifically, I have Blue Iris running on a PC in my house but I'm trying to connect it to an old laptop that I have in the garage...

any advice?

yes..search yawcam...
note, it will be cheaper in the long run to buy a cheap ip camera rather than running the laptop 24/7...the image will be significantly better as well

What ^ he said. Also, even a $50 ip camera will blow away the integrated potato on that laptop, in terms of generating a usable image.
