Be sure to let BI support know about this update...I sent him a note and his reply was that it is not the update ??

Are you saying that it's not the update or are you telling us that's what the developer said? Or are you asking a question?

The developer said it was not the update, I am currently giving him access to one of the cams to help him replicate the problem.

It was the update. I went back before 4.3.8.0 and video was fine. Funny how they jumped right to 4.3.9.0.
I missed out on an event cause the video was messed up

How do you save and store particular version of BI? i.e. how can I just download the update file without installing into the BI program, in case I need it in the future.

What I do is I let Blue Iris check for updates upon startup. Then even though I have it running 24/7 as a background service, whenever I start the local console it checks for an update. After I click OK to let it update, it downloads the update to the same directory where blueiris.exe is, and names it update.exe. It leaves the update file there after installing it, so I just rename the file after Blue Iris is done with it.

Thank you. I had just updated to ver 4.3.0.9 so found it and renamed. Looks like if you ever wanted to revert back you would just click on the file and it runs like an .exe file. I'm new so will start saving in case of future issues. good to know.
