video clips

Hello

i just switched to a new computer and i noticed on my blue iris that on the right where my video clips are it used to tell me the date and time and length of time that the clip spans. i just noticed it isn't there any more. im not sure what happened if i changed something or what? can anyone help me please?

Are you saying that the clips are present...but the date, time and length is missing?

yes , the videos are there but no info with them

Right click on the clips, go to the bottom of the drop down, click database and rebuild/repair.

Delete the entire db folder...and restart blue iris..it will force the database to rebuild...

ok, i tried to delete the db folder and restart blue iris and that didn't work so i exported my settings and deleted the whole program, re-installed and imported my settings back into bi. same thing is happening
is there maybe something in the settings that i changed that could be causing this?

I dont believe so. Can you post an image of what your are seeing?

Click the little un-zoom magnifying glass at the bottom right of your clips list.. (You've zoomed the clips list in 100%)
