video stream lost due to rapid failure

I keep getting this error "video stream lost due to rapid failure". Any ideas?

I just updated windows, and BI. But noticed that I may have lost my data drive. That may be the issue.

So for some reason I can not see the drive in windows. I have an SSD for OS, then run the archives on a secondary 2TB HD. It is a used drive so I thought it may fail soon. but when I check smart, it seems to be functioning fine. BI says it is good.

But when I try to click on archival videos, it says file not found.

Is it an internal drive. If so do a complete power down, wait 1 minute, reboot.

If it is an external drive , Power it down unmap it in windows, power it back up and remap it.

If windows can not see the drive, neither cam BI.

So I tore computer down. For some reason it was not booting back up once reassembled. But finally it did and it has been running fine. I had the drives secured by one small screw so I am going to pickup up some 3.5 to 2.5 trays to properly install drives.

I need to read up more about getting notifications from BI. I have not really set up my machine properly yet.
