View Greyed Out - Motion Detection & Intrusion Detection

Good Day,

I hope someone can help me, I have variuos branches where I have HikVisions installed, however when trying to do Motion detection & Intrusion detection I can not see the physical camera view (image below)

Even when I do tick Enable Motion Detection/Intrusion detection it stil does not display, I have another branch where only camera1 display and I can Set it Up but on the others it only shows the grid of the motion detection and nothing else? No video?

The cameras are working fine in Live View/Main View and in playback, but when doing settings, it does not display.

Web GUI does not work due to Web Plugins not working on browsers

Please Advise?

It sounds like you may not have the plugin installed.

To see video here, the plugin needs to work.

What browser are you using?
You need to use IE11 - not Microsoft Edge (the default in Windows 10) nor Chrome.
