Vitamin Control in 64bit BI ver4

I cannot get my GVI analog to IP encoder to display in BI ver 4 64bit. It had worked in Ver 3 and still works in ispy. Even though I have installed Vitamin Decoder, I still get a error message requesting that I install vitamin decoder. Is there a specific place (folder) in which to install vitamin decoder? Could there be a 32 bit vs 64 bit issue? Any other ideas?

Welcome to the forum...Im not near a BI machine, but check the help file..I think there is some info on it..
