VTO both locks not opening with tag

Hi all,

I have a VTO4202F-P-S2 with two button and Mifare modules (VTO4202F-MB2 and -MR), a DEE1010B-S1 extra door lock opener which are combined with a VTH5421HW display.

What I want is to be able to open the two doors when presenting one Mifare tag.
When I add a tag, I can 'enable' both locks on the VTH with a sliding button, but the lock that gets opened is dependent on the setting under the VTO web interface: 'Access control' -> 'Local' -> 'Lock'.

It doesn't matter what settings I change under 'RS485'.
I can open both locks flawlessly with the VTH when there is a call incoming and also with DMSS without any problems.
I don't want to make some contraption with a bunch of relays because I still want to be able to just open one lock with my phone.

All the modules are at the current firmware (which I read is to be recommended for Dahua intercoms).

Anyone have an idea as to how to resolve this?
 
Haven't tried that because I didn't want to have to install a second RFID reader for my client.
 
Hi @sk0lm4n , which firmware do you use exactly?
I have the same vto and rfid module but I can't get any card or tag to be recognized.
Did you need to configure anything? In the module view, the reader is shown and I can read the serial number of it by clicking on the green update icon.
When trying to issue a card nothing happens when presenting the tag in front of the reader.
The only difference I may have is that I don't use any VTH.

newest from dahua site
but this thread is only about second lock dont opening with tag, and newset fw solved this.
my vto recognized all tag and cards but didint open second lock on oldest fw

the only new thing is that BOTH locks can be opened at the SAME time with one tag.

looks like some people need this for whatever reason. for me it makes more sense to have a second reader for the second lock like in the video

with old firmware it is possible to unlock both locks, but not with the same tag+reader
