Waves horizontal lines on monitor

Chanching from pal to ntsc fix the problem of waves but look at the night vision. How can i fix that?

See that picture is the only camera at night that has issue. Is it a power issue? I use video power balun with rj45 connector. If disconnet and use passive balun and use 3 pairs of the cat6 for power maybe solve the problem?

Try temporarily plugging that one camera into a separate wall plug for power. Isolate it from the power supply you installed.

Also is it possible the cable for that camera is running close parallel to 120v somewhere?

The thing I found with CVI is that its very sensitive to power supplies
