Weather Cam project with IPC-HDW5231R-Z Starlight

I thought i can send without repacking, if the stream from the cam is set to h265 . But if youtube don´t allow h265 i don´t need to search a solution.
And with h264 the traffic is too much for alltime streaming. I use a broadband connection with only 30gb/month.
 


I am trying now to send every hour for 10 minutes.

youtube uses flv and this is still only h264.

Edit: Changed to every 5 minutes for 30s...

You could try sending out a lower bandwidth substream (the second sub stream should be capable of 1280x720). However with only a 30 GB limit you really can't stream anything continuously. A laughable 91.2 Kbps, 24/7 for a month would use the entire month's allotment. So you would still be stuck streaming a tiny fraction of real time.
