Webserver Interface Does Not Take Snapshots

When I am using the BI ActiveX web interface and click on the "Camera Icon" (I assume this is to take snapshots), no snapshot is taken.

If I click on the "Snapshot" icon in the toolbar of the BI Interface on my computer, snapshots are taken.

What am I missing?

Right click on the camera footage being display and select save folder..it will save in the folder specified.

It still does not save any snapshots from the ActiveX web client. I can save snapshots from within BI, but not from the web client.
