I have been using BI over the past 2+ years and am now having a problem I cannot seem to find the answer to
I have been using Foscam 18910W cameras, both in the wireless and wired modes. I have the assigned ports open and I can see them from my home across the public IP and port. (the cameras are across town on another network)
I have installed an Amcrest AM-723S camera and configured it correctly. I have verified the ports is open.
If I use the local IP and port in my browser (Explorer or Fire Fox), I can see the video and see the configuration fine.
When I do this from my home, I can see the camera fine.....now the problem is that I cannot get BI to show me the video from the local network IP and port....which as mentioned above works with the browser.
As a result, I cannot view the camera on BI from my home as well although it works with the browser.
