I got BI a month back and just recently tried to connect the hk hwi b121h. It always ends up with no cam signal 8000007a. Live streaming shows on the browser. I have tried multiple configs for the ports, looking everywhere what ports should be in use, to no avail. Can someone please help. Three days frustrated.

Have you tried using BI find/inspect?
Put the ip address of the cam, the user name, and password, then click on find/inspect.

And then post the results of the find/inspect pop-up screen. Usually it is a bad password. Many cameras have an ONVIF user tab and sometimes the password doesn't make it to that, so you need to adjust it there to.
Omg you guys are a godsend. I can't believe the solution was so obvious and staring me in the face. Thanks a lot dudes.
