What Color Is This Car

I thought I knew what color this car was until it drove by our house. I was recording the 3 people in the car because I saw them trespassing on the property behind the white fence on the corner of our street.

Looks like green it is. When I first saw the car I thought it was blue because of the camera angle, then it appeared green as it drove by. I think fenderman may have nailed the exact color, make, and model too.

The last 3 digits are 024, but I wasn't sure if the 4th character was a "L", but I don't know what else it could be since in California the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th digits are letters instead of numbers.
