Got a couple that are a bit hazy and don't want to destroy them by using the wrong chemicals. Also, how about non dome cameras as well?
Thanks
But the dome is made of glass no?Avoid installing Domes outdoors, the sun, dirt, UV degradation will eventually do it in.
Clean cams with distilled water and a GOOD quality microfiber cloth. Wipe gently.
Most domes are acrylic or plastic of some sort, not glass. But the dome is made of glass no?
I think glass is not affected by UV, I mean in cars you only need to renew you headlights if it use plastic instead of glass, isn't the same concept applies for domes?
Why tap water are not good?Just used distilled water and it did the trick. My backyard cam had gotten so hazy I thought I would have to replace it, but not anymore. Thanks all.

Depending on where your water comes from, it could contain quite a bit of hard minerals which can scratch the acrylic or plastic domeWhy tap water are not good?
