What does Power Safe Mode do?

Hi - does anyone know what Power Safe Mode does on TinyCam?

Power safe mode is designed to decrease battery usage on the app. It decodes only keyframes in H264 stream.

Awesome thanks that makes sense. Is this in the Tiny Cam doco anywhere? I couldn't find it but would happily add this info if there is a TinyCam wiki somewhere
