What is the Difference in these two cams?

I would say no difference. Just two listings for the same product from different vendors. The first vendor is maybe a bit more price aggressive. The second one is a seller some of us have ordered from before (me included, positive transactions, cameras operate in English, but have CH serial #)
 
I was thinking the same thing but i saw this on the 93.00 one.. It was lighted in red I was not sure About the ICR? same as IR cut filter with auto switch [TABLE="align: center"]

The cheaper one has the EXACT same specs. Its all in the product specs. Regardless is the same exact model number. Also when ordering make sure to be clear on the lens type 4mm, 6mm, or 12mm as well as english firmware.
The more expensive one is from a seller that is well known and does alot of volume.

I got my 2432 from CSST wholesale market. It was fine, and only part of firmware that was chinese was the day of week display.
