That doesn't look like a lens - it looks like a temporary protective cover.

It slip in here. From what I saw a IR filter is pink. This is clear. When buy new one it has tape on it. So maybe this just a way of sealing it before it install

Dust cover? Maybe.
It might be added to lower the friction when the IR cut filter physically moves in or out.
It might be a spacer, so the elements in the optical path are in the right location.

Your 2nd pic sure looks like a part of the IR cut filter. This moves a glass piece (with IR coating) into the optical path.
