Hi Guys thanks for this valuable info, but now i found this button i cannot see if the factory reset is working bebause this camera dont react while pushing this button. Can someone tell me how axactly i should execute this reset please, and can somebody please also telle me whats the admin pasword , becouse finding this things is almost mission impossile. First time i experiance such troubles.. Thanks for helping me a little guys..

yes, the easiest way is to reset to fabric setting. After this set up Hikvision Account again with new password....this time write down your password so you will not forget it again. To me it looks like somebody already set up an Hikvision account for this camera
Can somebody please tell me how to reset to factory settings please I wrote all my issues already, I am stuck please

If it's like other Hikvision cameras, the steps are as follows:
Start SADP so you can see the camera and its status, presumably 'Active'.
Power off the camera.
Press the reset button and keep it pressed.
Power on the camera.
Still keeping the reset button pressed, hold it for around 40-50 seconds. This varies with how fast the camera boots up, some are slower.
Release the button.
Refresh SADP.
It should now find the camera and show its status as 'Inactive'.
Use SADP to Activate the camera by supplying it with your own choice of password.
Use SADP to set the IP address of the camera to what you need it to be.
