Where to download Chinese camera firmware?

Where does one go to download current Chinese firmware?

That site is several versions behind in releases. For instance the 2002 platform is on v5.4.5 in USA, but only 5.3.0 is available at the above link. I need to flash my Chinese camera from AliExpress hacked English, back to the original Chinese v5.4.5 build 170210 which is nowhere to be found.

Don't update your Aliexpress hacked camera. You'll end up bricking it.

My DVR and other cameras are in Chinese, so I need this one in Chinese too, to match the language.
Right now it's got 5.4.5 hacked English, but the sticker on rear says it was originally 5.4.5 Chinese.
Hence bootloader should be same and aught not to brick?

I'll be more than happy to PayPal someone for Chinese firmware v5.4.5 build 170210 for R6 platform (2X22FWD/2X42FWD/2X52) if someone can get it for me from HikVision in China... I can't communicate in Chinese so my attempts would be futile.
