I have a whole bunch of Hikvision cams, which are hooked up to a Hikvision NVR.

I also have all the cams feeding into BlueIris for motion detection and alerts.
One of these cams is stuck permanently in IR mode (black and white during day)
I cant figure out what I've done to cause this, and can't see anywhere to enable the automatic IR feature so it comes on during evening (like all the other cams do)

I've checked the cam web GUI, BlueIris GUI and also the NVR itself.

In blue Iris hold the IR button, it will show a green a for auto. Or in the camera set the mode to auto rather than day.

Could you tell me where the IR button is?

I see a bulb icon at the bottom of BI, but its disabled entirely.

I also cant find any mention of 'mode' in the camera settings (there's just so many tabs and controls though, so I'm probably missing it)

Thanks!

it would be the bulb...depending on your settings it may not be available.
in the camera..image>day night switch>auto

Thankyou, I was able to set it back to auto from BlueIris iOS app.

I think I had re-enabled PTZ controls from Blueiris Windows to stop it being greyed out on iOS
