As much as I hate wifi I'm looking for a wifi flood light camera combo that is compatible with blue iris. Anyone know of anything out there?

Would have to install a gfi in place of existing light maybe.

What are the going rates on running cat cable?

it will vary by location and the difficulty involved. Generally 100-200. There are lots of installers out of work and hurting right now so you can probably get good pricing.

We are planning on running 4 or 5 lines from the poe switch in his basement.. he has vinyl siding so I'm not sure of the difficulty it will store for us. Want to try and have no conduit or wire showing at all

Should definitely be able to hide the wires with vinyl siding, or in the soffit or something. Where in PA?
