windows 10 error persisting with newest BI version

evenin' all

i downloaded and installed the latest full version of BI, as of today (as far as i know.. i cant verify in the exe) . i was able to get around the wmvcore.dll error in windows 10 but cant get around the "application unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)" error. i changed the admin shortcut path (on desktop)to blueiris.exe . still getting the same error.
any other ideas?

I'm not familiar with windows 10 at all, but what about right clicking your blueiris.exe and choosing > run as admin or something like that. I am not sure at all, just throwing out an idea for you.
