Worth update old DS-7616NI-E2 / A Hickvision nvr?

Hi guys.
I have a quite old nvr DS-7616NI-E2/A that sometimes is quite slow to show me all the 16 cameras connected.
I NEVER updated the provided firmware and the seller from who I bought it some years ago isn't in business anymore.
I read a lot on this forum regarding the possibility of damaging the NVR during the update process and how is suggested to update all the firmware in chronological order without skipping releases.
Can you suggest m to try to update or I could go in some problems?
The serial number is A1620151110AARR551863192WCVU with firmware V3.4.80 build 160718

I don't think an update via the web GUI Maintenance menu will cause you any problems, and the site you've linked to is as good a place as any for the firmware specific to that model.
From what i recall over those versions beyond what you're using (I long ago sold my E-series NVRs on eBay) I don't think you'll notice any real functional differences.

Thank you so much for your answer. I've searched for a changelog with no success. It may be helpful in deciding whether the upgrade is worth it
